Overview

The customer raised a request to explore options for automatically clearing the sessions. In this example, the customer wanted to clear the sessions once every 2 (or) 3 days at 3 AM.

Information

In AAA and PCRF Nodes there is already a DB Script that runs periodically to clear expired sessions.

• In the AAA, the automatic session clear script triggers every hour by the 24th minute. Example: 1:24 AM, 2:24 AM, and so on.

• In PCRF it’s set up to run daily once at 05:04 AM.
