Overview

An Incident was raised with multiple alerts that the AAA nodes were unreachable.

Solution

First, check if the nodes are reachable over the network. If not please resolve the network issues.

Once resolved, perform the following sanity checks:

• Login into the AAA Server with the root user for AAA. (Eliteaaa user with root access).
• Go to the path cd /opt/eliteaaa/AAA/bin
• Run cli.sh
• From CLI Execute Services to check the status of services
• Datasource -db -view to check the status of Datasource
