Overview

The customer wants to reset the password for a user for accessing Netvertex-PCRF and the procedure in this article can be used to reset the password of user(s)

Solution

• Login to PCRF GUI of the customer with admin user.
• Go to System > Staff > Staff Management from the left panel.
• Click on the username for whom the password for requested
• Click "Reset Password" from the right-side panel
  • Share the newly generated password with the customer using a service such as https://privnote.com/
