Overview

The customer is looking to upgrade/update their SMS Gateway that connects to the ELITESMP Node and would like to know the current SMS Gateway configuration. This article explains the configuration that needs to be shared for such requests.

Solution

• Login to the AnyDesk to access the customer node.
• Then login into ELITESMP backend.
• The SMS Gateway configuration is stored in the kannel.config file located in /etc directory. 
• Here is an example of the config file.

• Extract and share the output to the customer.
