Overview
The SMP Portal shows an internal error after security updates by Chrome Browser. This article how to identify and resolve this issue
Solution
- Validate the issue by logging in as elitesmp or eliteaaa user and navigating to the tomcat/apache/logs for the portal
- Run 'jps' and cli.sh file in the bin directory of eliteaaa user to check the status of AAA services.
- Check the validity of the SSL Certificates as Expired certificates can cause issues.
- If no issues are found the issue is likely due to an older version of OpenSSL or Apache Tomcat as the older version could be causing the SSL Issues.
